Quick answers
How do I stop sharing my location?
Open Privacy & Location in the app and turn sharing off. Sharing is visible to you and can be stopped at any time.
How do I manage or cancel Family Premium?
Open iPhone Settings, tap your Apple Account, then Subscriptions. Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple.
How do I delete my account?
Use Delete Account in the app. Your account and the data associated with it will be removed.
Does SOS call emergency services?
No. Family Guardian sends SOS alerts to your family. Call your local emergency number when immediate professional help is needed.
